    Thanks for sharing your retail manufactured products that are vegan. I AM curious though – you indicate that you live in Ontario,.Canada and so do I yet. I AM unable to access many of the products you recommend in your videos. Do you visit USA often? How are you accesing these ingredients? For example:
    vegan cream cheese
    Earth Balance vegan margine in sticks
    vegan shortening
    vegan whipped topping
    I live in Hamilton and I’ve done an extensive search…and I’ve come up empty handed.
    Please advise
    I love your I can’t believe its vegan Desserts book and I’ve not gotten into your breakfast cookbook though I purchased this last week.

      I live in a small town and I can find all the things you’ve listed either at the local Zehr’s or health food store, so I’m surprised you can’t find these things in Hamilton.

      There is a Whole Foods in Burlington and I know they carry most of the items you mentioned (not sure about the whipped topping).
